TERMS



Contract


Acceptance of your order & the contract between us (Repro Repairs) & you (the customer), will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and dispatched by us. Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by Repro Repairs of your order. In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full.

If for any reason you need to contact us with regard to a particular order, please email at info@reprorepairs.co.uk or phone 01494-882363. Please quote your name, order ID, order date & product ordrered in all communications.

Credit Card Security


All payments on this website are taken on a secure server by Paypal. After passing the invoice page in the checkout section of the website you will be transferred to a secure Paypal page. Once there, you will enter your credit/debit card details into the Paypal payment form or if you prefer use your Paypal account. You will see the secure padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser which indicates you are paying on a secure server.

Delivery


All goods are delivered by a Courier and will require a signature on delivery. Goods only sent within UK Mainland only.

Returns Policy


If you purchase the wrong item or decide for any reason that you do not require this item then you must return the goods within 30 days of original purchase date. The goods must be unopened, unused & in a re-sellable condition. Once received, we can issue a refund or an exchange. (Distance Selling Regulations 2010)

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the full postage cost to return any unwanted items. When a refund is requested, this will take place within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. A full refund minus and shipping charges paid will be issued by the same payment method as the initial order.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage for any returned items. Repro Repairs cannot be held responsible for packages that are not received unless proof of postage can be provided.
Before any items are returned we ask that you contact us. Please enclose a copy of the delivery/purchase order with your returned goods.

If an item is faulty


In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please report this problem within 7 days from the original order date (within 48 hours is preffered) Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide you with the relevant returns address and arrange a replacement or refund. When a refund is requested, the full cost of the item including any initial delivery charges paid will be issued within 7 days. Repro Repairs cannot be responsible for damage caused to printers by using faulty or incorrect cartridges or inks.

If your goods are damaged


In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

If there has been a packaging error


If there is an error with packaging, and the incorrect items have been supplied, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct items to be delivered ASAP.
